I really love Pelicana and always bring my friends here for Korean chicken, but I was honestly disappointed with my recent takeout order. I usually order half in-store for $18 and it’s always so filling, but my takeout had noticeably fewer chicken pieces, even though I paid more. Paying more and getting less didn’t feel fair, especially as a regular customer. I hope you can look into this!

Today was my first time ordering fried chicken from this place. The staff were friendly and the packaging was good, but I was disappointed with the portion size. The website photos make the servings look quite generous, but even though it says 460 g, the chicken came in a box barely larger than my hand. The pieces were also quite small, so it did not feel like good value for the price.
One thing that also concerned me was that I ordered directly from their website, but my credit card statement showed “Pick N Pay” instead of the restaurant’s name. That felt a little strange.
